Recently, mixed music has occupied a privileged place in Pierre-Olivier Roy’s work. He likes to make a link, as close as possible, between acoustic instruments and the electronic / synthetic aspect of the work in the creation of mixed immersive music in concert. It is inspired by natural models and organized around the organic evolution of musical processes. His work incorporates textures that are parasitic and constantly changing, to a more classical lyricism, which, barely sketched, rapidly loses its focus.
